Never...ever buy a freezer from that company!!.The worst after sales service. 2 years and 3000$ freezer is broken .. and no one from there is interested to service or fix it. Worst brand ever...Third week..commercial freezer is broken..

I have never had such poor service from any supplier that I have ever dealt with....numerous calls, emails and no one is willing to help or listen to the problem with a product they sell. I would NEVER buy or trust this company as they will not even put your thought to someone that is willing or caring to listen to why their product is faulty. There is NO customer service and No one that cares. We are taking the matter further but will never buy anything they sell ever again.

This company is appalling! Do not use them under circumstances! Their service level is non existent. Staff are instructed not to give out the owner/managing directors name as he is to afraid to communicate with customers that have a genuine issue that needs resolving. DO NOT USE THEM

Purchased vaccine fridge. Delivered promptly, at a reasonable rate. Have had to make a few calls regarding set up, and have found staff extremely helpful (thanks in particular Adi!)
