Archana was amazing. I ordered flowers at 5.35pm on a Friday and she was able to organise a pick up for 6.00pm! Outstanding service and a life saver!

I ordered flowers from Sydney for my sister in Brisbane. From the very first contact the service was exemplary. Archie took my order & added extra flowers I requested within the bouquet in memory of our mother. The communication was brilliant & she went WAY beyond for service. Even doing a special delivery out of hours to my sister. I am SO IMPRESSED. Then when the flowers were delivered, they were superb. My sister was thrilled. They are truly EXQUISITE! So fresh, generous, & beautiful. I just wish First Step Flowers & Gifts were here in Sydney!!! I can’t recommend this florist highly enough.

As a local Kindergarten, we enjoy using beautiful flowers within our everyday activities and learning. We reached out to First Step flowers to see if they had any off cuts of flowers they were not using. Archana was quick to deliver us some gorgeous flowers for the children to use. Just saying thank you, wouldn't be enough... i had to write a good review.The staff are so polite, and very patient. They went above and beyond with delivering not just with care,but also accommodated the fact that i did not have the right destination for the delivery.. they kept me in the loop and saw to it that the flowers were delivered at the right time and at the right location.I definitely will be coming back to get more flowers from you guys. Thank you so soo much for being simply the best. Never have i had this kind of service and patience delivered.
