Love to wait for eons to lodge a simple form - all they had to do was send it onto the passport office, no action from them required - only to deal a grilling with a shop assistant on a power trip who thinks she works for DFAT. The dark skinned lady tried to overcharged me. Lucky their no credit card policy allowed me to double check my bill. Went all quiet when asked. definitely a bad attitude like others said.

Popped down this morning to renew my passport and was pleased beyond belief with the outstanding customer service I received, Tesha served me with nothing short of a smile from ear to ear and oozed enthusiasm and professionalism! I hope she is commended often for her positive nature. I left in half the time with another job ticked off the list and a smile of my own to have shared such a lovely experience!

Staff really nice and helpful. Sometimes a bit of a cue.( that’s life.) sometimes people giving a bad rating because things are not good at home. Ha! Ha!

The indigenous woman is quite toxic with a very nasty attitude. Most of the other staff are really friendly though.

Made a visit to apply for police check for my broinlaw who arrived here 2-3 days back. That lady named simi was really awful. She was asking me to write the purpose of applying police check as study when I wrote student already. She first rejected my application saying that I need the name of the organisation he was working for but I said he just arrived so we are applying so that he can apply for job. Things wasnt getting into her head. After she called someone she acceptef the application but didnt even apologise fkr the confusion instead she was asking me i have to fill up the location of the work and thats the error. I was decent enough to tell her that she needs to research things before pointing on someone for her confusion. She wasnt even getting help fdom her colleagues.. Too stubborn.. Very poor customer service she got Mrs. simi
