Nice friendly staff. Put me at ease at having an MRI which I hate because of claustrophobia. Radiologist asked several times if I was okay. Helped me to relax. Very happy with my experience here.

The front desk staff we were warm and welcoming, the lady that took me into the ultrasound room was friendly and approachable.Had the lovely Alice do my second anatomy scan and was so comfortable with her from the second we met.She explained everything she was doing and what she was looking for.Very happy with everyone at the Caboolture Hospital iMed Centre.

Pregnant with my second baby and was referred to I-Med Caboolture for my 20 week Morphology scan. Prior to this, I had experienced two scans at different I-Med locations and was underwhelmed with both. The communication throughout both of my previous scans was poor and left me feeling very uncertain.This scan however, left me feeling reassured and informed about my baby. Luke was gentle, informative and kind. He took the time to explain what he could in non-medical terms and made a 45 minute scan as comfortable as he could.Due to my 13 weeks scan not having been conducted thoroughly. This scan required placenta measurements which are best performed through internal examinations. Of the 10+ internal scans I have had in the last 12 months (performed by both females and males) Luke was by far the most considerate.I don’t often take the time to write reviews but I felt it necessary to share my experiences. Expecting mother’s are vulnerable and while I understand the overwhelming pressure places upon medical staff. Professionals such as Luke should be a reminder of how simple communication and patient consideration can positively influence a persons experience.

The staff were friendly, I had my 20 week scan done. The radiologist was polite and professional, made me feel comfortable.

Had a really good experience at i-med Caboolture, sonographer was great, I was anxious but she really put me at my ease.

Highly rude, over opinionated, inconsiderate, judgemental medical facility. Personally suggest if you don’t feel like walking out of your appointment feeling insecure, offended or judged book elsewhere. Receptionists in particular have a hell of a lot of growing up to do.

From hero to zero. April 2023. Either the Clinic Manager or the admins/receptions in this clinic completely don't care or are completely lazy. It gave my husband a lot of undue stress being tossed back and forth between Nambour and Caboolture for an imaging appointment for his aneurism check - resulting in delayed & prolonged test! What for? If only the people in these clinics will show a bit more care and be competent at their jobs offering health service to the public.

I have already put up a negative review of this place and it’s been taken down. Now I will go further with my complaints much further than I ever intended. Disgusting attitude from reception, extremely disrespectful and judgmental to me and my partner’s situation.
