Living overseas , Roses only is the only trusted florist I will use. Simple to order , quality is what you expect from photo and delivery on time . Help desk also very supportive if needed . I order my anniversary flower 7 am online. It delivered at 3pm on Sunday. I was not expecting it’s going to be best but when I see it it was better than perfect. Size and look was very btful. Thank you for saving the day for us.

Our order was magnificent, not only was It almost identical to the photo, it appears even better in real life. Our loved one loves the tea cup arrangement and every flower in it was absolutely perfect.

ORDER NUMBER HMCUO*******I ordered burst of color teacup arrangement as a gift for Christmas lunch, thankfully I had them delivered to my address and saw the arrangement. Very disappointed with the arrangement, it looked very shabby and the flowers were of poor quality not to mention the teacup had a slight crack in it. I did call customer service team and spoke to a lovely team member who was very helpful and arranged for a bouquet free of cost as replacement. My three stars is for the customer service person and the two courier drivers which delivered the flowers. The courier drivers were polite friendly and lovely. Received flowers and card from my now husband which was supposed to read ‘I can’t wait to marry you’ but instead said ‘I can’t marry you’. As you can imagine that was a shock and an extremely horrible experience considering it was the day before our wedding! Not to mention the flowers were ordered as long stem roses (and had that written on the envelope) and they were not. Very disappointed Roses Only!

Great way to send gifts to loved ones in Australia from overseas. Photo sent to me of gift and flowers looked wonderful. Highly recommend.

I always choose Roses only. The quality and service is always 100%. My last order I made a mistake on the card and realised after they were already arranging them. They quickly rectified the issue and replied to my email right away. I just love the team and quality at roses only :)

I had an issue with the flowers that were sent and wrote to Roses Only to complain. Within 48 hours I was contacted by management and a new bouquet of flowers delivered to the recipient. Thank you Roses Only for your professionalism and quick response. Well done!!
