Great service at a reasonable price. Got my machine humming again (ironic as it's actually a singer). Also gave some great advice about getting the best out of the machine, so I highly recommend these guys for a reliable service.

Very very happy with the service. My sewing machine stopped working and I needed it urgently to complete a quilt I was working on. I mentioned that the request was urgent- and my machine was fixed the first day that the mechanic was working. Very happy with the the result and the response to my request.

Unscrupulous and untrustworthy company. Id forgotten to pick up my sewing machine up and they either Sold or had given away my machine away without contacting me. Apparently, they are not responsible for your machine after 6 months which gives them the right to sell your property!! (Likely for a profit!). The owner offered to sell me a second hand machine for initially $250 then went down to $180 ...! The cost to repair my sewing machine would not have been anywhere near the standard $120 servicing price. The owner would not even sell me a second hand machine for $120..! Not helpful, not friendly and not trustworthy. Would not recommend this company.

Not a capable repairman for sewing machines. I was having trouble with machine tension and paid $130 for a service here. The tension issue wasn’t resolved and when I questioned it he said that was normal for my machine.I took my machine to another repair place who took a look and fixed it up. The new repairer said the Kingsford guy didn’t even clean the insides or fix things like an obviously loose bobbin screw.Will not be going back. Don’t waste your money here.

Great place. A man who knows his stuff and a welcoming couple. My machine was repaired within a few days and is working well. I was informed when it was ready for pick up and he managed to complete repairs and service ahead of time and contacted me promptly so I could have it back before he closed on the Saturday. Thankyou. I recommend this place for service and repair and knowledge of products. I was worried my 1970s machine would not get spare parts but it works!

Tony was super helpful and efficient with my broken Brother machine. He identified the issue and fixed it on the spot in under 30 mins. Shop is small and was quiet the day I went in. They also do alterations, sell thread and zippers.

Tony is THE best. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Would recommend.

This is a very small shop, so not a lot of stock. They sell sewing machines, overlockers etc and service them. My sewing machine was bought for me in 1979 by my Dad..a Bernina 810 and I hadn't had it serviced for many years.it came with a lifetime guarantee which expired after 35 years but because it was from my Dad I'll never part with it. They serviced it for me and it's running like new. I regularly visit this shop for buttons, zips, ribbon and I find it very friendly and helpful.
