We found Myer at North Lakes had more variety of men, women, kids clothing than their Chermside or Brisbane city stores.Also North Lakes store had more variety of Manchester and kitchenware than above mentioned 2 store. They also has a cafe in the store

Was shopping at Myers for a some outfits, when paying I had the most lovely lady serving me with the name tag De. She greeted me so nicely and had such a nice vibe to her. She was fast but caring with my things and even reminded me for Myer one. The experience I had with Deanna made my day and would 100% come back.

Sue, the cosmetic staff manager, at North Lakes Myer, provided excellent customer service by researching a product and making calls to solve my problem regarding an additional feature on the perfume ‘scandal’. Very rude staff at the checkout, the lady barley acknowledged us took her a minute to finish ripping up something before she finally could say hello. She seemed like she didn't want to be there made me feel like I shouldn't have come to this checkout station. Won't be coming back to Myer North Lakes.

Jas was so helpful and knowledgeable when assisting my partner today. She showed us all her recommendations of perfumes and even wrote down names of future ones for him. She would leave us be and then check in and when we had questions, she was spot on and gave great advice. Such great customer service! Thanks again :)

Totally disgusted. Bought a gift online at 8.15am, click & collect same day service. Was advised I would be emailed or receive an SMS when to collect this afternoon. Heard nothing, rung to be told my order has been cancelled as they are out of stock! No sms! no email! no nothing! Took my money fast enough. No I am left with a birthday and no gift. Thank you for dreadful service and no product. Never shop with you again!!!
