Riviera Kitchens and Joinery

We have used Riviera twice now. They did our kitchen reno three years ago and recently completed an ensuite reno for us. We got Grant and his excellent team of tradespeople back on the basis of their customer service and high quality work the first time round. Couldn't be happier. The same lovely people to deal with, great work and the pricing very fair. Grant at his team were always responsive when I called and they take the time to talk you through your options before doing each step, then make sure you are happy with the results. Can't recommend them highly enough though you might have to wait a little for your job to start, their reputation means they have plenty of work on. The peace of mind and quality result is worth the wait.

Grant did a kitchen/pantry remodel, design, construction and installation. We were very impressed from the onset by Grant's professionalism. He has some fabulous ideas and made our own ideas and wishes come to fruition. Nothing was too much trouble. Grant was very accomodating and flexible to change and happy to visit and revisit many times!!!!The finished product we love. High quality kitchen. Installation went seamlessly with Grant's installers and various tradespeople.Can't recommend Riviera kitchens enough.

Builds a great kitchen but the aftersales service and follow up was terrible, I wanted them to come back and adjust the soft close draws as they were no longer performing as they should do. After repeated calls to Grant and many promises from him to come out I gave up.Very unhappy , would never use them again. He doesn’t follow through on appointments for aftersales works. Once he has your money he was no longer interested.

Could not be bothered having the courtesy to tell me why he had to leave 5 minutes into a quote and said he would be back . Never came back, never returned calls. So can't be bothered with people who run businesses like that. If the job was not what you wanted to do , just say so and don't duck people around. Minus a star if I could. Very disappointed...

Grant and his team of tradesman were fantastic. Through the entire process of design, planning and completion of our new kitchen and joinery Grant and his team were professional, reliable and flexible when required. Grant visited our house in the design process many times to ensure we were happy with the final design. Grant and his team even designed and built a fireplace mantle to suit our needs on hearing we were having trouble finding something to fit our needs. The work carried out by his team is of an outstanding quality and the process from start to finish was seamless. If you are building a new kitchen or require joinery in your house I totally recommend Riviera Kitchens. They were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Grant and team from Riviera did a first class job on all of the cabinetry on our rebuilt home. Grant and his team did a lot of joinery for us as part of a major renovation, including a new kitchen, laundry and storage. Grant's experience shows in that he is very knowledgeable about practical and functional kitchen design and various kitchen joinery products. This contributed to creating a kitchen that works really well as well as looking good. Grant's installers pay great attention to detail, are professional and very polite. We weren't seeking the cheapest job; rather we wanted very good quality that would stand the test of time. We are delighted with the work done by Riviera Kitchens and Joinery.
