The instore experience was fantastic. The guys (in particular Ben) were so helpful when I was upgrading my son's scooter. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job on the service and repair! I would highly recommend the store.

Edit... he took the scooter back for i think the 4th or so time. Belconnen store REPLACED IT WITH A BRAND NEW SCOOTER. no problems since.Now i will be back and recommend.Sons scooter has the bolt in the handle bars that is loose again within a few days. Then comes out.Everytime i take it in its 100 plus to have the screw put back in and rhen its the same within a few days.I wont be back.

Fast shipping, quality product (S1 helmet - I have no issue with), but I wish Scooter Hut provided an image of the helmet showing that there is a permanent print of the Scooter Hut Logo on the actual helmet. I understand that your description states 'exclusively branded for Scooter Hut' - most people might not realise, such as myself, that the product will have this logo printed on it.

I had an utterly appalling experience at the store. The $100 discount coupon I had was mysteriously missing, and the staff, particularly those on the frontline, were completely unhelpful. Their lack of professionalism and disinterest in assisting me at their Brisbane store not only wasted my time, but also crushed my dream of owning an Inmotion Air Pro. Despite spending days researching and selecting the product, I was unable to make a purchase due to the staff's incompetence. It was only after extensive efforts that I managed to find a better deal at another store with a more reasonable price. Scooter Hut boss needs to take immediate action to address the abysmal level of customer service and ensure that such experiences do not occur again in the future. My dissatisfaction with their brand and customer service is profound, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Worse customer service ever come across . Brought a scooter from them and from the Very first day it left the shop had drammas with breaks and error message coming up to back three times still not fixed. So it’s out of warranty by 3 months and want to charge over $400 to fix original problem. What a joke

Good at selling, service very poor, had mine for 3 months waiting for parts with no communication or updates ended up taken from them and now in the process of buying parts and doing it myself. if you buy from them just hope it doesn't breakdown.
