Would be 4 four stars if not for the lady that staffs the Deli first thing in the morning. If she sees you coming she will quickly swivel her head or look at the ground and pretend she didn't notice you (it's almost comical) so her set up process is not interrupted.

Good shop but the male trolley collector from today was disgustingly rude and tried distracting me when I was driving looking for a spot and then stepped out in front of my car after I passed by a second time, he did not even look when he stepped out. Lucky I was driving very slowly because I was cautious of him due to good previous behaviour. I don’t know what I did to offend him. But I find that so dangerous and don’t feel safe driving in that parking lot ever again.

A really well set out and clean Coles Supermarket. We have shopped here many times and have always found the fresh produce area was well stocked and the quality of the goods excellent. We have purchased other grocery items as well and founds most aisles well stocked, neatly stacked and clearly labelled. This Coles is in a very convenient location with easy access and good parking. The staff are always friendly and provide good customer service.

This is a lovely Coles store. Always neat and tidy and the staff are professional and friendly! Easy parking. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Came here at 10 to 10 and had no idea it was closing and on exactly 10pm the 2 Elderly ladies approached us rudely telling us they are closed then as I was grabbing one last thing they told me again and again I walked out at 10:01, they could of given us a few minutes notice as we had no idea it was closing until 10 on the dot, they were very rude and could have approached us nicely.

8:30am and the breads from bakery still not available! This is not the first or second time I wait around for the fresh breads and today I left empty handed, and a good couple of staff chatting instead of speeding up the process as they could see more customers were waiting. Same issues with other products that compared to other supermarkets, takes ages to fill shelves in the morning! Coles at Kareela is very disappointing and disrespectful to customers who need to shop early mornings

Every time I’ve gone to pick up click and collect for my boyfriend I’m left waiting at the counter for more than 15 minutes just for someone to walk over and then I obviously wait for them to get it from out the back, this is even when there are no other customers. Also when I go in early in the morning the staff are never on the counter and will just look at you and come over 5 minutes later. They seem inattentive and they are never interested in serving you and are never that friendly.It seems to be mostly the girls up at the front counter - a lot of the time they are too busy talking to each other and never apologise for taking their time.It’s a shame as it’s the only supermarket up at kareela village. I don’t usually complain about customer service but this is ongoing and never seems to change so I think the store manager needs to be aware and fix it. A lot of locals speak about the same issues
