Recently bought a bunch of joinery door and drawer knobs here. Had to be ordered in and they arrived in store when they said they would. They even called me late afternoon to say they had arrived if I wanted to collect on the way home from work, which I did. Staff were very helpful with the selection, and price was very reasonable. Big range to select from as well. If you're looking for door furniture of any kind check them out as they have an amazing range.

Jenny was so helpful, explaining what we needed for our french doors and what information we still needed to get for the hinges. Not having had to purchase door hardware before, Jenny took the time to demonstrate different types of locks and stoppers etc, even checking what was and wasn't available due to the current Covid climate. She made a complicated task much more pleasant.

When all seemed lost, a tip was given JOMON try them . Why is it that you find the most amazingly helpful people only after a dozen or so couldn't give a toss counter jumpers . Sorry but that's how it felt . Jenny at jomon absolutely went out of her way to help with the problem I have, after however many catalogs were scoured through a solution was found.I sincerely appreciate all of the effort provided by all the staff in solving a relatively small but complex problem.Thankyou.
