Very picturesque and lovely to stroll past the beautiful vessels moored there. Plenty of activity and close to public toilets and parking facilities but best to be early to get parking .

Great place for little kids or a place to relax if you don't have kids. The kids absolutely love this water park.

I think the sheltered area has had a spruce up? The play area is ok in an odd spot but kids love it. The path down from the coastguard spot along the waterfront is dumb, needs to be one that hugs the water edge not make you walk through the kids area? The grassy area is spacious and the retaining walls are cool but a gap with a stair or two would help the oldies. Toilets are here which is good.

Good place to be outside and either sit and enjoy the view or take a walk for some fresh air. Parking may take a while if you are unfortunate. Nearby lunch options are worthwhile as well, or lots of spots around if you bring your own.

The park is looking old and tired. The lawn and gardens are very damaged after multiple seasons of flooding, drought and neglect.
