In my opinion, Josh is grumpy, unhelpful, uncooperative, taciturn, slow, and just doesn't seem to give a damn about customer relations, service, or general reliability. They failed to inspect my property to ensure that the shed would fit, and consequently the shed had to be moved considerably from where I had wanted it sited.Although Phil, the owner, was okay to work with, Josh was not. I could not recommend them at all.

After waiting 16 months finally got our 4 x 5 meter extension the Concretor made the slab thickness too small by 25 mm after he damaged our fence nobody wanted to replace the panel that was damage ..the wrong Materials got delivered the pitch was the wrong angle would not recommend Fair Dinkum Sheds

I emailed my information through for a quote in December for a new 10mx6m shed and when the quote came through I replied within minutes asking what deposit they need and the lead time to which I never got a reply, after multiple unanswered email and phone calls just ringing out I finally was able to make contact with someone over a month and a half after the quote came through. I then went into the offices to get things moving and the consultant wasn't there which I understand isn't always possible during these current times of covid. I spoke to the administrator and she explained what drawings they would need to proceed and handed my a form to fillout. I then proceed to draw up all the plans that were requested and emailed everything through asking for a final price and the needed deposit amount to get everything started to which I had no reply! I emailed 3 different people at the office in hopes someone would reply but had no luck. To summarise my experience with Fair Dinkum sheds Ballarat I have to say I'm very disappointed with the lack of response and I can't help but think because I'm not building a 80k shed I'm not worth their time. I have since proceed to purchase a shed from Ranbuild sheds Ballarat and have been amazed at how quickly everything has been actioned, within a few days of making contact they were already on site measuring everything up for them to do all the drawings themself and get the ball rolling. I highly recommend Ranbuild so far.

Was recommended to this mob from my earthmoving contractor. Should've trusted Google reviews instead on their other listing.Inquired about a shed in July but took all of August, September and most of October until finally ordered and paid deposit as phone calls and emails go unanswered hence delaying confirmation of specs and price. Also provided information and paperwork they requested i.e plan of subdivision, reg78 permit application form (completed), etc.Thought everything was under control and in progress. Several months passed and thought I'll email for any updates but got worried when phone calls and emails again goes unanswered. Was told by earthmoving contractor it's most likely council taking it's time so continued to wait.It is now 22 January 2021 and just found out yesterday (after numerous unanswered phone calls during the week and no replies to emails) I am suppose to handle planning permit myself and was given a list of things to do. Not sure what they were waiting for during the months and not sure why I have to constantly follow up. Terrible service and needs constant reminders and micromanagement to get anything done. Even then things go at snail's pace.Have written to cancel my shed and requested for deposit of $6600 to be returned. Project quote is in the tens of thousands so not even a small shed. Good luck if you go with these guys (Rob and Josh) as they don't appear to work or care.

Professional and a great build.

I couldn't be happier! I bought a Fairdinkum shed from Rob and had his guys make the slab and build the shed. It's top quality and very neat.I was able to change the plans at no extra cost and the erectors even changed the door and window locations during the erection. Everyone invoved in this purchase has been very obliging and I'm left with a great looking, top quality shed. Thanks Rob.

I found Rob Josh and receptionist all willing to work out my build projects regarding shedding car garage polite and materials delivered promptly good crew to deal with and helpful.
