I've recently built a house and the builder left the job before completing it, so I needed a building surveyor to access the compliance of what work has been done and what hasn't for the litigation process.I spoke to Alex at Pudding Lane and was absolutely amazed at his knowledge and integrity in providing me unbiased professional advice.As it turns out in my specific situation I don't actually even need a surveyor but rather a structural engineer, yet Alex still took the time to explain all the ins and outs of what I needed to do and what to expect in resolving me building dispute, providing some very valuable insight for me.Alex was very professional, polite, understanding and knowledgeable about all the building issues we discussed and I would highly recommend Pudding Lane to anyone in need of a building surveyor.If Pudding Lane were the surveyors for my build, I wouldn't be in the problematic position that I am right now... Pudding Lane have been great. Prompt service, great knowledge, reasonable pricing and always being able to give me an understanding of what I need to do to navigate council, other professionals etc, to get my plans lodged and approved.
