Firstly I want to say a massive thank you to Laiton for his professional service & advice. When I first came to Laiton (via a recommendation) I have a shoulder injury/pain that I felt I was completely at a loss. It was interfering with my daily routine & I was generally feeling pretty low about the pain & lack of movement I was experiencing. Being such an active person & a go get em kind of gal !! I wasn't going to let it get me down. Laiton was fantastic, he knew exactly what I was talking about, he has a deep understanding of the human body & how it works. He was able to give me exercises that were easy to follow and incorporate into my morning routine. After 3 visits I felt a vast improvement and so I carried on with the exercises and training, even to this day. That was a few months ago now and I'm virtually pain free and have almost 100% movement back in my shoulder. I can't recommend Laiton enough, he is in his grove and following his passion & mission in this life. Thank you so much, he got me on the road to wellness not only quickly but in the most simplest of ways & methods.

I was referred to Laiton from my long term chiropractor as I had hurt my back (beginner surfing) and it was not responding to the several adjustments I received over a 2 month period, that would normally correct any issues. My problem was muscular........After only 2 visits Laiton freed up my injury and I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise, plus his passion & genuineness towards wanting to help you get back to your best. Very knowledgeable, keeps me Olympic weightlifting and working around/with niggles instead of telling me to stop training! Gives great rehab programs and even allows you to complete the rehab in his gym if you don’t have access to the equipment! Highly recommended!

I've used Laiton as general body maintenance the past 18 months for my weight training and he has not only kept my body healthy and working properly, he's also helped me progress in my training. We have recently just fixed a long recurring issue of mine and I feel the best I have in 12 months.

Visited Laiton for a lower back pain issue, he was able fix me in 1/2hr, something that a chiro or physio would take weeks to fix. I was back playing tennis that same week! Very reasonably priced and terrific bloke. Highly recommended.

I walked into MMM with a pain like no other that had been ongoing for over a week, after a 60min treatment with Laiten & some home exercises I was feeling better as soon as I left & back to myself within 24 hours. Laiton works wonders! Whether it be from acute injury to chronic pain, Laiton has successful treated and strengthened many of my friends, including myself, with a number of muscoskeletal issues. He is super intelligent and well researched with contemporary views on how best to rehabilitate, mobilise and strengthen the body! Personally, I see Laiton regularly throughout the football season, providing me with therapy to ensure I perform at my best! Lower back pain, caused from my tight hips, glutes and hammies had previously caused me many issues whilst playing. However, with Laiton’s magic hands, some dry needling and a little a bit of pain, he always gets me back to my full range of movement. I Highly recommend Laiton, and I honestly don’t think there’s an issue he couldn’t fix ! I have no doubt that he has saved me from having soft tissue injuries, as he not only fixes the problem but also provides exercises/stretches for continuous support/strength/mobility of the area! Overall 11/10 worth every penny!

Laiton is an absolute genius! His knowledge of how the body works and even better how to get it working again is phenomenal. I have hobbled in in pain and not only walked out feeling amazing and functional but with an understanding of how it occurred, how to improve it and how to stop it occurring again. He is a freak!
