Doughnuts are always fresh. Some staff seem miserable. Some staff are nice. The guy who makes the doughnuts has been cocky to me before. The young girls behind the counter are always smiling. In general I'm happy with my experience.

Worst experience ever, especially the older indian lady.. she served as if she is doing me a favour.. no smile , not getting the order clear, atleast put a fake smile if nothing else.. she had time ro go behind the counter and have a few laughs, do be here if u don’t know how to be polite to your customers, especially if you are from the same origin country.. this store should work more at customer service satisfaction and hire good staff..

0 STAR...recently moved to Melton..been to Donut king..ordered coffee..Server was expression less, unwelcoming gesture..spent $4.20 for regular coffee, which tastes worse than office's self serve coffee machine..noticed that barista was not cleaning filter every time she makes coffee.. next time been there lady was so unhappy when i asked her to Can she make me fresh donuts? and believe me they were not under staff, group of 4-5, but everyone was pissed off and was not willing to serve and have unwelcoming faces with no smiles..Probably look for another place for donuts next time

Worst service ever ,I just asked the girl whose serving customers ...... do the donuts and jam rolls have egg in them ...... from starting to end she made faces and said no.....The girl was an indian and she knows, I am an indian ....Her behaviour was polite and all smiley with everybody else except me.....That's how it is indians have to beg for respect before indians .I agree that I wasn't well put together , because I had some doctor appointments and all .... but will my appearance decide if I am eligible for respect or not.Ridiculous and very rude behaviour .I would have given a negative rating if possible .
