Consol Alliance is an invaluable and reliable business partner and an integral part of our business success.

The last company on earth that I will use!Worst customer service. All they are good at doing is sending invoicesAren't clear with directions.Clearly they don't care if a customer returns to use there service

Worst company to work with.Sending invoices out for the first time on the day they are expected to be paid, giving notice that a consignment is ready to be picked up within 3 days before charges apply - already within the 3 day period (not 3 days at all), cagey staff that won’t answer simple questions like; Customs clearance is actually FREE through customs but they CA charge $300 for it, rude staff and notice that a shipment was due to arrive 1 day before it did, giving no time to organise pick up before charges then applied. Also if they were to deliver, it would be a ‘curb-side’ dump.I cannot recommend highly enough to - NOT -use Consol Alliance.

Ask your agent , beforehand if these people are going to be their forwarder, if yes.... please RUN WITH YOUR TWO LEGS THEY ARE THIEVES AND LACK HUMAN FEELINGS.DONT SAY, I DIDN'T TELL YOU....
