National Dental Care, Toowoomba

I was a patient of National Dental Care last week. The happy and professional atmosphere starts from reception all the way to the dental chair.The staff and dentists were so friendly. The manager took our payment and explained so much with my family’s Medicare scheme.So Thank you all from myself and my family for our excellent dental experience. We will see you all again in six months.

Caring and professional - my family and I have been very happy with the our experience at National Dental Care Toowoomba. Dr Kaur is calm and professional and has managed a number of difficult treatments with care and kindness, and great service from the rest of the team as well. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Toowoomba National Dental Care since 2017 and found them to have a great caring team of dentists and support staff. A special shout out for my dentist, Dr Kaur. She always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation for me!

Dr Amir is amazing! Both myself and my partner initially went in for a check -up and clean. We both left feeling that he was thorough and really took his time to make sure it was done properly and we was extremely happy with the outcome. I have recently went back to him for a filling, which i felt no pain afterwards. I have already re-booked for teeth whitening and invisalign braces. I trust him 100% and will not use another dentist! I will continue to recommend him and Neil Street dental! The reception staff are extremely friendly and polite. Overall the service the client care they provide throughout is outstanding!

Not a place I’d go to again or recommend to anyone ever!I’m posting this review as I went to this place based on google reviews and I wanted to let people who might do the same know what I experienced. That was my first and will be my LAST!I was asked to do a temporary filling on a tooth which I believed I needed a root canal (turns out I was right) and was told that the tooth was not infected. I was in constant pain for four days where I had more painkillers than I’ve ever had and went back for my SET appointment only to be sent back home with a rescheduled appointment. I had to ask for antibiotics and as the pain was constant I went to a different dentist as I didn’t believe this place anymore only to be told that the tooth WAS badly infected given the lack of action when I went before it was that bad!Will never ever recommend this place to anyone for dental work.Please be mindful before you go here.

I was treated with so much care and they went and above to get me an appointment, the Dentist Dr Kim and his assistant were amazing in explaining everything that needed to be done and the proceedure was gentle and pain free 5 extractions can be nerve racking but I was put at ease by their professional demeanor THANKYOU your a great team
