As far as hospital experiences go, I can only compliment the staff at this hospital as the most caring, kind & accommodating professionals. And the facility itself is ultra modern clean and non-threatening - especially when you know you’re about to have surgery. And the person who gave a 1 star rating saying bad bad place because of the car parking....well that’s just funny. I laughed out loud at that. Wonder if they were an actual patient....

Nurses pre-procedure were fantastic, anaesthetist really puts you at ease.Big thing that loses lots of stars is I had big red allergy alert stickers on my charts and wristband, yet someone, I assume the surgeon, but could have been the nurses in recovery who handed it to me, prescribed me the one medication I’m allergic to as my take home pain relief. When I pointed it out they just said oops, snatched it off me and told me to take panadol (rather than prescribing me an appropriate pain reliever). As I’d just woken up from anaesthetic, it was lucky I was alert enough to notice. Really shameful. There should be double checks in place for stuff like this. Funny since every interaction at this hospital does three points of id checks as standard, which is fine and appreciated, but just makes it more unbelievable that they don’t care so much about causing an allergic reaction, just so long as they’re definitely sure they’re causing an allergic reaction to the person they are definitely sure is who they think she is.

I had my procedure there yesterday and can't be more satisfied. Each staff member including reception staff at the time of admission to all nurses till discharge were absolutely kind and very very caring and considerate. I wanted to fill the feedback form and leave good words for some nurses specifically who took care of me in recovery but couldn't move much to grab it so here I am! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

All of the staff including the nurses, my surgeon and anesthetist were very caring and supportive of me. They also made me feel very comfortable as I had a laugh with all of them despite being anxious before my surgery and in a lot of pain afterwards.

If you need an IUD safe yourself the stress and get it done here! I had an IUD insertion here yesterday with Dr Tim Sturrock, Dr David Llyod, and Monash Surgical Private Team of nurses and support staff. The team at MSPH was amazing so supportive, kind and caring. From the minute I arrived (an anxious mess) to when I left I felt like I was being looked after by loving family. Before I even woke up I had a nice heat pack, they sent me home with a few as well, ensured my pain was being well managed. There was a lovely lady nurse who held my hand during the procedure as I was falling which was so comforting and unlike my last IUD insertion at another clinic earlier in the year I was not in agonising pain afterwards at any point and woke up the feeling a bit tired but no pain. Really cannot recommend highly enough it was an amazing team if you need an IUD done under anaesthetic this is where you go. Thank you to everyone who helped me yesterday, you made something I was truely worried about feel like a stay at a fancy hotel!

The gate system was annoying and an unnecessary task for any elderly person. With only the posted signs to explain the process when I had an sick wife to pick up was bloody discrimination.

Greatly disappointedI wouldn’t recommend this if anyone wants to milestone their memories of pregnancy. The technician was busy monitoring the baby measurements and failed to answer our questions and she couldn’t tell us the gender in the 14th week scan as the time was up and gave some lame reasons regardless we reminded her twice.Shameful and really disappointed for spending such an expensive amount for nothing.Hope this gets acknowledged
