I took my TCL phone in today to troubleshoot some problems. Long story short I bought a new phone elsewhere. The staff transferred my data from old phone to new and set it up. More Than a Reasonable price and they could not help enough. I'll be back to get repairs and help into the future. Great people to deal with. Cheers. [Ted from Buff Point]

Absolutely unprofessional. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. First girl who looked at my phone didn’t know what she was doing and made a wrong evaluation. Second guy who acknowledged the issue was short tempered, rude, extremely mocking & overall shocking behaviour from an adult who was working. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants their money worth. Also the management who owns the company clearly value money over quality and refuse to give a refund for their incorrect mistakes. Even the employee who originally was there to serve me acknowledge that this is appalling behaviour & she had quit the job. Do not go here.

The young bloke Dylan was amazing he look after me I got a phone case a screen cover and a camera cover for my new phone he was polite professional and quick defiantly recommend to anyone who needs these products

Great customer service and knowledge. Brought my phone in after Optus said Samsung wouldn’t do warranty if the think it was water damage.Spoke to the team who not only spent time to find out what happened talking to me but tested my battery as well. They kept the phone for testing and were open and honest and said that it was something fault with the phone. Not water damage.I don’t normally make recommendations, but with this level of customer service and honesty I had to say something.I wouldn’t not hesitate going here with any electronics issue and will recommend this place to everyone
