It’s been a while since I have been back to the deluxe cinemas, but it’s gone downhill sadly.Big factor - None of the seats recline anymore!! They used to, and that’s kinda one of the reasons you go to a deluxe cinema. Food came about 25mins late and when I bit into my burger the ends of the patty where hard, like it had been overcooked on the edges. Chips had been way over salted, I could only handle eating a couple, so they went to waste. Sadly I think we will stick to Majestic cinemas in Wynnum as there seats fully recline (back & legs).

Good old fashioned suburban cinema. Budget priced tickets. Ok seats but nothing flash. Extremely cold aircondo. Needed jumper inside, where none required outside. Catering for a crowd that didn't turn up perhaps.

Went to see Avatar and asked for meals to be delivered mid movie. 21/2 hours in and our drinks were delivered to the wrong row of seats and when food arrives it was cold and almost inedible. Love the Cineplex chain, but would have to think twice to see another movie in Gold class during a meal time.

Jacob Preston is the most fire employee ever. he cooked up a storm in the kitchen and his salty fries are perfect, 10/10 would definitely recommend! Coming again to watch the new spiderman!

Great cinema! Nice and small. First time here and I enjoyed it. It is one of the cheapest places to watch the latest movies. The auditorium could be small and narrow and the screen is somewhat smaller than a typical cinema; however, you are paying less than $10 to see new and ongoing movies. It might get cold for some people. Will definitely return.

Excellent value and Great Staff.This Cinema deserves to be used as you can take the family to any of the Ciniplex Theaters for half the cost of other cinemas. They have a few Great locations and Less than $10 per ticket and Cheap Tuesdays for about $8

Best value cinema experience in Brisbane.Watched John Wick Ch.4 on the biggest Non-Imax screen in Brisbane, and the concession stand doesn't break the bank.Only draw back was the ticket printers for our online pre-purchased tickets were down; had to get them printed at the concession stand, which involved a bit of queuing...

I like the old school style but the two times ive been there the staff havent turned off the lights or shut the big door so i have to go ask them to fix it. The seats are all on the same level so if you are short you'll only see the edges lol. I love the vibe though and will definitely be back.

Good facilities bathroom wise. I've been here on multiple occasions and had good experiences all round but this last time we were put in cinema 3, which is quite small and it was to see black panther wakanda forever so it was quite crowded. The popcorn was also quite stale but apart from that it was a good experience.

The air-conditioner wasn’t working in Cinema 2. After raising it with the staff during the session and being told they’d check on it, I asked to speak to the Manager after the session because it was still clearly not working. When the manager came, he just said “yeah, I know. I turned it down earlier”. It’s December and this is a workplace health and safety issue. The response was inadequate and I’ll bet they don’t warn the next patrons that it’s not working.Side note - there’s also flying creepy crawlies! You can see them flying when the lights are up and feel them crawling when the lights go down.
