All of the lovely ladies and gents here are amazing. I travel 40mins to get my nails done here and it’s always worth it. They are always very welcoming no matter how busy they are. No design is ever too complicated for Anna to tackle. Highly recommend!!!!

It was my second time coming here after about two years. I needed my nails done for my yr 12 formal and decided to treat myself. It was $70 for a full set of acrylics and glittery gel polish which felt reasonable. Staff were lovely and made time for me even when busy. Absolutely love the look of my nails :)

Always happy with my nails here particularly the attention to detail. I wanted to leave a review today about their exceptional service. A lady had a medical episode whilst at the salon today and the team were absolutely incredible in their response! Quick to arrange for Westfield First Aid and ambulance response and showing the utmost care and concern for her well-being. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I don’t ever post reviews but this place is absolutely horrid. The staff’s behaviour is unacceptable. They make you feel you don’t belong in their salon. When I went to this salon I walked out feeling utterly disgusted with the way I was treated and the look of my nails. When I went the lady who did my nails cut my acrylics way to short, shorter than my natural nail and when I expressed that it’s too short she got mad with me and started talking in her language to the staff. The staff were all looking at me as if I was the problem. Then because of that they asked me to pay upfront and they don’t ever make anyone else pay upfront only after, so that I did not understand. I’ve been a couple times before and I’ve never had a truly decent experience but the last time I went is when the line was drawn for me. The lady who did my nails was so rough with my nails, I flinched a total of at least 5 times in pain when she used the drill which was also unsanitised. I asked for a square oval shape too for my nails and she did a completely different shape. Don’t ever go here, they try to also get away with overcharging you. Worst experience of my life. Genuinely such a terrible experience that made me so upset.

was not impressed with my service i received today by a male employee.i asked for a pink french tip and i received sighs as a reply. as the tip was being done the technician kept laughing and i ended up with straight lines across the tips of my nails and bubbles through my topcoat.really not happy about paying $60 for poor quality.

I’m really disappointed in the service I received while visiting this salon. As a Vietnamese person myself visiting from Sydney I was so excited to get my nails done by people of my culture and race. The owner was a lovely man but i couldn’t say the same about Kelly who did my nails… I don’t think she knew I could understand her but she made some really unkind remarks that didn’t needed to be said to her co-worker about me and charged me $70 for a full black acrylic set which usually only sets me back $50-$60 max. Just do better please and be kind.
