Great service and support! I found Phil's shop 2 years ago after i happened to be in Canberra, searching for a cycling cap. Even before I bought the cap, he provided much more, with routes for me to explore, good coffee locations and sights to see.Last week, when I bought a bike 2nd hand interstate, sight unseen, I knew who I wanted to box it. Again he gave so much more... photos, a quick service, hassle free payment options & organised the courier! And so fast!Other shops had advised they can box (mid November @ the earliest) but then my problem to ship, not Phil! All sorted within 3 days and all very reasonably priced! For someone who (unfortunately) wont be regular repeat business, I'm highly impressed with the communication and attention to detail. Can't recommend their services highly enough.

Great service and very prompt. I contacted Flynn earlier this week after an issue with the front brakes developed on my bike and made it unrideable. He was able to get me up and running again on the same day and bike is once again a dream to ride. The shop location is a bit tricky to find but well worth the effort.

So great! Speedy service (same day bike service with no booking!), friendly, and easy. They cleaned and serviced my bike and had it running so smoothly in about 3 hours! Really happy ☺️ highly recommend!

Friendly service with a nice range of bikes. Very happy with my new bike. Any small problems sorted quickly and without any hassles.Good selection of other cycling paraphernalia- got myself a very useful woollen cycling cap perfect for crisp spring mornings.

I discovered that the front wheel of my road bike had been damaged in a house move, we called another (large) local bike store & they advised that the wouldn't be able to look at it for 10 days. I dropped it in the same with the guys @ Kingston & received it back the next day fully repaired at a cost of just $25, which I thought was excellent value and great service. They also make contactless service very easy with a pay online link before you collect.

Went in to test ride an ebike knowing little. Had the bike I wanted, charged and ready to go when I arrived and answered all questions I had. Was not upsold on anything and got genuine answers. Ordered the bike on the spot and when it was discovered the model wasn't in stock I received a free upgrade.I'll never shop anywhere else for bike servicing or parts, this place is the way to go!

These guys Rock!!I needed help with tyre selection and a new set of handlebars for converting my hybrid bike. Nothing was too much trouble and and a big selection of tyres. We worked out the right size that would fit the bike then fitted them on the spot. Completely changed the bike from ordinary to awesome.Next was the bar options and I ended up with a set of surly handle bars which took away my wrist numbness and transformed the bikes handling too.Helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. The is great shop too.... its like stepping into a bike packing & touring Alladins cave" ... everything you need.... (Dont tell your wife)I have no hesitation recommending them. Cheers Guys"
