They never answer their phone. Their message bank is full which shows they don’t even attend to that. How can we manage our aged properly if the services at Berkeley do not respond

Great experience with this location I have used one 5 mins down road from where live but always found a long waiting time and rude staff especially during covid times. Very professional staff member took my routine bloods nice and polite and didnt have a long wait.
