To date we are very happy with the level of help from the carers from Home Care Assistance. Carers are regularly reporting any issues with my parents and areas of concern. HCA also provides recommendations for improvements for care at home. The carers are responsible for my mum's morning medications and carry out that task professionally. The only criticism to date is the occasional non conformance with the weekly agreed schedule of home care activities related to domestic duties.
