I had fantastic service getting a pair of shoes rebuilt, re-soled and re-heeled. The gentleman who served me was friendly, helpful, and also spent time explaining how I could recover my beloved but extremely scuffed tan shoes. I followed his advice and spent an hour or so working them over at home, and I'm really happy with the final result. Based on service and expertise, I definitely recommend and will return here, even if the price was a bit higher than I was hoping to pay.
