Plush customer care is the worst I have ever encountered. Our sofa was delivered with significant marks, wrinkles and puddling and when we complained Plush sent a leather doctor to inspect who stated it was not repairable, then Plush sent another company who also stated the sofa was not repairable. We have now been waiting 6 months for Plush to honour their warranty and provide a refund which they are still refusing to do so. Be very careful ordering a sofa from Plush because they don't live up to their customer care guarantee if there is something wrong with the sofa.

Store service was good, delivered product and customer care non existent. Did not contact me with outcome. I had to ring and find out what was going on throughout the whole review. I now have a couch with a gap that plush have determined is normal. Its awful and easily can see its not normal. Shame our small businesses closed due to covid. My only wish now is i hope this company folds. Do not use them. Waste of money.

I would give it a zero if I could. Worst $8000 I have ever spent. The problems started before our couches was even used. It arrived with a spilt leg, and the delivery drivers were more than hopeless scratching my brand new painted walls. Now a year in there are permanent dents in the couches headrests, pulled threads(even though I had chosen one of the most wearable fabrics), and poor button connections on some recliner controllers. Another couple years and I will be taking them straight to the tip. DO NOT BUY.

BEWARE! When our sofa arrived, it had an incredibly toxic smell, my daughter & myself had severe headaches & burning skin/ eyes as a result. Trying to get info from Plush re what materials are in couch.... impossible.

Larry was such a helpful and enthusiastic staff member! He was happy to answer any and all questions we had, and gave us time and space to browse with no pressure to decide/purchase immediately. We would highly recommend the service at Plush and are looking forward to the arrival of our new lounge set!

Great service from staff at the store. After sales service is an absolute disgrace. Bought a lounge delivered in Dec '21 and 3 weeks later had to make a warranty claim. Damaged spring and discolorations of the material with pilling and we paid for top quality coverings. Other small issues as well to date I have never had a return phone call I have to chase it. Keep getting told will escalate well how high to the moon I'm feeling as again I'm the one that needs to ring a chase up.Next step is consumer affairs I'm thinking. Biggest disappointment should never have bought from then.

Great sales service, very friendly and helpful. Let down by woeful after sales/delivery service which seems totally disconnected from the actual Myaree store. Confirmed delivery date (sofas had actually arrived 3 weeks prior but nobody told me) , waited around all day, didn't show, no apology, no offer to refund delivery fee etc. Had to then spend a lot time chasing up delivery which is not easy when the delivery centre doesn't answer calls or emails. The sofa is actually really nice, but you have to sort out your mess of a delivery service.
