Rasa Lila Yoga Retreats

I did only half a day and I wished I had done the whole retreat. The location was exquisite and the food was so fresh and delicious. Cat and Heidi were the perfect hostess , with an eye for details and a warm personality , they made sure to create a very safe place for everyone at all time . We started the day with a guided meditation and beautifully crafted slow vinyasa sequence by Cat , followed by a nourishing breakfast , it was the perfect start of a magical day !Followed by Rose Baudin's lecture on Rasa Lila which was informative and very intimate when Rose shared some of her very personal life experiences with the energy of Rasa Lila.If you want to experience , a slow paced life for few days , a lovely restored nervous system and feeling nurture and well nourished do not miss out on the next Rasa Lila retreat !!! I had the most beautiful time at the retreat I recently attended run by Cat and Heidi. It was so well organised and every detail was covered. I loved the twice daily yoga, it was just what my body needed. And I loved the free time in the afternoons - we were free to read, spend time in the sun, nap, have a long bath. It was heaven! The food was superb. Everything was just perfect. I will definitely be signing up for another retreat. It was just what my soul needed!

One of the greatest local experience I have been apart of, my mum and I did the full day retreat together and had the most amazing time.The morning yoga was in the most spectacular room with a stunning view, all of the food was locally made with so much love and the massage and facial were the perfect way to reach ultimate relaxation.WOULD RECOMMEND and have to so many friends!!Thanks ladies, love your work & I will be coming back
