Dr Robina Hanafi was recommended to me after my husband became very ill. We drive for 45 minutes to see her as she is brilliant in her medical knowledge, compassionate, down to earth, non judgemental, has good intuition and is genuine - qualities that are very rare to find in a Dr.

This is my family practice and i have always had a pleasant experience here. Sadly Dr Gibbs has retired (well earned) so i booked with Dr Hanafi for my last visit.I found her extremely rude and condescending. She changed my medication dosage without telling me also, i didn't realise until my pharmacist informed me.For a first visit, i find it quite presumptuous and extremely unprofessional to more than halve my dosage that was prescribed by numerous psychologists and monitored closely for years by Dr Gibbs and other more qualified/competent doctors.Not only was my pharmacist stunned by such a dosage drop, i was recommended to not follow Dr Hanafis advice because it is dangerous and completely unwarranted. I did try for two days but after vomiting and becoming suicidal from such a sudden drop, i decided to continue taking my medication as prescribed by much more qualified doctors than this idiot. Please do yourself a huge favor and consider finding a new doctor surgery if Hanafi is your last option here. Not only is her advice dangerous, but she seems to have zero comprehension of mental illness and will change meds on no prior knowledge of patients history and no follow up. Plus she is extremely patronizing.

I used to enjoy going to this practice it used to be good but recently had to chase receptionists to actually double check that they had sent a referral that they didn't do. The doctor just gives you medication without checking on side effects. Which is dangerous. When I ask questions about basic health questions I never get a answer. And after a phone call from this practice trying to get rid of myself as a patient I have left a phone call in tears

If you’re looking for caring an compassionate doctors and reception staff, DO NOT come here.. the reception people are so rude, have no compassion whatsoever, in tears after talking to one of them. Can say the same about the female dr there.

My experience at Moonah Health Center was absolutely wonderful. I felt a bit dizzy and unwell when I came there. The receptionist Julianna was extremely helpful. She took care of me and comforted my feelings while waiting for doctor Wang. He is a caring and loving GP, making me feel much better after taking the medicine prescribed. Definitely recommend Moonah Health Center to anyone in need.

I rang this practice this morning to make an appointment to see my Dr.He has sadly left but the lovely staff at reception got me an appointment with the lovely Dr Robina Hanafi.I have been looking for a good Dr since moving and I have finally found her.Dr Hanafi is the most professional,empathetic,compassionate Dr I have met since relocating here.She actually listens to your concerns and more importantly acknowledges them. I highly recommend her.

This place has gone right down the loo over the past couple years.Currently, there is only one male dr (I won't mention specific names) who told me 'only one problem per appt' and seems more interested in pumping through the patients despite always being behind schedule with long waiting times. If they didn't bulk bill health care card holders, I wouldn't come within a km of this place ever again! Oh and also, their description of services provided on the website is just plain false—the dr wouldn't even sign a basic scuba diving release form, let alone do a diving medical! I ended up having to pay $200+ to a specialty practice in the city to get one done.UPDATE: This practice has gotten so bad that I decided to leave. When I requested my records be sent to my new GP, they wanted to charge me $30! Ridiculous, not even Royal Hobart charges for records!!!

Terrible doctor! Never back to visit this health center. The 40s-50s male doctor with glasses is the worst doctor have ever seen. Keep asking us back to the follow up consultation again and again, but only tell some useless information every time.We moved to the CBD health center, the problem was been solved at only one time.

Had been trying to call receptionist from 1pm trying to make an appointment but none answer. Visited 2pm which is during their normal hour and found there isn't anyone onsite with their door open and 10 minutes after, female receptionist came in with her coffee. If you wouldn't bother to take patient, shut the door and stop being a time-waster.

I went to the clinic many times, but the doctor couldn't find out the cause of my illness, and the charges were high, about $110 each time,Every time I saw the doctor, The only conclusion I could get was that he doesn't know. If the GP don’t know anything why I have to pay for him. I'm really unsatisfied with this conclusion, so the only thing I can do is go to other clinics.I don't think the price matches the doctor's ability.
