Excellent service, Jessie was professional and helpful and smoothed the way for our mother's burial. The eco-burial at the Alberton Cemetery was so beautiful and peaceful.

We had the experience of using Newhaven Funerals at Quinns Hill Road. Everyone at the funeral home was great and made the whole process so much easier. We thank everyone for the arranging on the way and making sure everything flowed without any stress to the family. The only one little issue that we have discussed and this is personal choice possibly but the live stream only showed the first two rows on one side of the room from the front view. From the back view about 85% of the room was showed but not from the front. When we look back we want to reflect the whole day and it's hard when you can only see two rows of people. But other than that the funeral and the catering was all exceptional. Thank you

Recently had my mums funeral with New Haven at Eco Gardens. They had a new building completed which was really nice. The support from Carlo, Sharna, Colin and Jane was really helpful through such a difficult time. The process to get everything done was smooth. Carlo was really lovely and reached out to my dad most days from when we contacted them up until the day of the service. Great facility and very caring people to deal with. Highly recommend.

My sister, who lives overseas & unable to get out of quarantine in time due to government restrictions, was able to have some closure with a private viewing. Our family who live overseas were able to view Mum's funeral online. The service was respectful & personable with excellent quality photo reproduction & sound. What an amazing experience at such a sad time… we were already so lost after our Dad passed away but Shannon and the team made is so easy. Within the comforts of our own home we were able to organise everything for what turned out to be a beautiful service. Nothing was a hassle and all our wishes were put in place in a timely manner. After our father/grandfather passed away, the service we received from Newhaven from the start to the end of the process was first class. They came to our home to help us complete the necessary paperwork and plan the funeral. This was done in a very friendly and sympathetic way. The team at Newhaven were incredibly kind, understanding and helpful when I had to cremate my son in February. Amelia and Jane made such a heartbreaking time that little bit easier by arranging everything I needed and keeping me updated on every step of the process. My family cannot thank both Newhaven and Pethaven Funeral Directors enoug,h for everything they have done for us the past month. First our dear Aunty 95 years passed and as we had a prepaid plan for her with Newhaven, they stepped right in and handled every component of the many details, from collecting Aunty from her retirement home into their care to all aspects of the Service & cremation. All the staff, from Lyn, Jane, Tracy, George and Steve were amazing and nothing was ever an issue for them to deal with. Steve in particular went above and beyond on many occasions, especially when our dear little Chihuahua Pedro" passed just a week after our Aunt. Pedro was put to sleep at an after hours emergency department and it was extremely traumatising for our family
