Studio Pilates is amazing! Don’t think it’s a easy breezy class - you’ve got that wrong! It’s a serious all over body workout .. I’ve had PT’s and trained for a long time, I can tell you my entire has not felt so sore before.. I love it. It’s addictive. I’ve been everyday for past 2 weeks and can already see a serious difference to my body. Thank you team - you’re all amazing

Studio Pilates Noosa has been a great way for me to get back into exercise after a few months break from any form of exercise.The staff are super friendly and made it all very easy and comfortable. The room and equipment are very clean and I’m already feeling stronger after just a months worth of classes. Very happy and I highly recommend!

Studio Pilates is perfect for me because their lessons by a TV system allows almost 'one-on-one' with the instructor who is free to check on everyone throughout the class making sure you are safe and your form is correct to get the most out of your class. Every instructor is very helpful, warm and cheerful. Its value for money with quick results. Its my first month and I feel stronger and toned. I highly recommend this studio!

Studio Pilates International Noosa
As a frequent visitor to the Noosa area, this is now officially my Reformer Home Away from Home. I loved the huge number of classes every day. I hadn't experienced the video format before, but I was so impressed that it gave the highly talented instructor time to give lots of individual attention. She made instant modifications to accommodate my body issues. Super friendly environment, and the workout was solid, with just the amount of BURN on offer! :)

I can’t speak more highly of this place and the whole team at Studio Pilates Noosa. I always hated exercise & nothing motivated me until I tried these classes. I’ve been going 4 times a week for a year now and love it! All the trainers are amazing & the programs are fantastic! So glad I found this place!

Catering for all ages and abilities, these are without a doubt the most effective and enjoyable classes I have ever undertaken. The instructors are extremely helpful, professional, attentive and understanding. The ability to book on line for my preferred days and times is an advantage, helps with scheduling and commitment, no excuses!Thanks so much to everyone at Studio Pilates International Noosa.
