5 stars from me after having a filling replaced. Dr Faye and her assistant were both friendly and professional. First time ever I didn't feel the anesthesia needle and in fact no residual affects from the anesthetic post procedure.Ist of many visits for future dental needs.

The receptionist, Dr Charlotte and her assistant were fantastic.I very much dislike going to the dentist, and have a genuine fear. I attended for an emergency and Dr Charlotte made me feel very calm and at ease, whilst explaining everything as she went. She was very gentle and I didn't feel a thing as she worked.As the other reviews say about this practice, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Polite and curtious staff providing a good experience from the time you walk into the dental practice to walking out. The dentists provide an excellent service supported by good advice, an excellent knowledge base and explain all possible procedures before undertaking any treatment. Any treatment carried out is only undertaken after the patient has made an informed decision as to whether they want the treatment or not. In addition, I have found the costs to be competitive and fair for the excellent treatment received.

Couldn’t recommend Dr Charlotte Smith enough. I’ve always been so scared of the dentist. She made my visit so enjoyable and pleasant. Amazing Dentist , if I could give her more than five stars I would.

I had tooth extraction and the dentist was amazing..I was given 3 options and was left to me to decide. It was painless and quick.Then told to go home and relax and told what to do about care and also if any problems .

Dr. Saveka and his assistant were incredible!! Amazing bedside manner and very comfortable experience, considering I was being treated for a surgical deep rooted real molar extraction.

Dr Andy is excellent! Explains things simply and has a lot of options and doesn’t push like most dentists! Receptionists and nurses are patience and highly accommodating.Recommend Dr Andy and this practice overall in Cairns area! Five stars!
