Barton was on time and extremely friendly and helpful. He made a rather boring leaking job which he must have done many times with enthusiasm.and a smile.I feel they are a company that I will trust in the future to do any other plumbing repair work I may need.

Keep well away from this business!!! As a property renovator on the Gold Coast I have used plumbers in the past and have not come across one as EXPENCIVE and slack as this.It cost me $580 for the install of a normal toilet and on top they wanted another $350 to take the old one away. Since I had 3 toilets that needed replacing I obtained 7 other quotes online from plumbers for replacing the other 2 toilets and have now paid $500 (inc. GST) to have - 2 toilets installed - the old ones taken away and the nice man even took the 3rd old toilet which was left behind by Jack from Blackjade plumbing.So I will tell of my experience to anyone and everyone in Qld as I really feel I should go to QBCC and see if that helps others who may come across Blackjade Plumbing in the future

Barton and his team go above and beyond to try and fix the issue. They successful cleared my blocked drain which avoided the need to dig underground. They're always prompt and efficient with their jobs. Thanks team Blackjade!

Flexible and accomodating with appointment date,Expensive serviceOld toilet not removed as I had to pay $200 + extra only mentioned after the job was done. Had to dispose it myself. The plumber was friendly and helpful but not tidy. I Had to remove empty boxes and wrapping from all over my bed.

Super reliable, very professional service by Blackjade Plumbing, Mr Jack Field is an excellent plumber I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is warm and friendly and really cares about his work and his clients and for all my future plumbing requirements, I will definitely be requesting Jack as he has such great advice and excellent customer care, it’s very rare to find such high quality tradesmen and sincere authentic people, thanks again Jack amazing work. Totally overpriced plumbing quote. VERY poor service, rude and unprofessional. A $2000 that was stuffed up at the start cost me only $350 through a plumber that actually knew what they were doing. Awful company!!

I have used Black Jade Plumbing for a few years for a range of reasons from pre-purchase inspections to updating fixtures, and I honestly would not consider going to anyone else. The whole team is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.I recently had to have a mains leak fixed and I cannot fault the service I received from the moment I called them. Jack carried out the work and he clearly knows his stuff and enjoys what he does for a living. He was communicative and thorough, and his steady and warm manner helped to make a stressful situation all the more bearable.I cannot recommend this company highly enough!
