When I first became a client with Sahara Services, I was overwhelmed with all the hard work and support I was given by my support workers. They are very nice, patient and always up for a chat. We do fun activities such as communal cooking, movie nights, and playing games.I have now become a worker for Sahara as a receptionist. The team I work with are beyond amazing, they helped me settle and made me feel part of team the first day I started.When I first started working for Sahara in the office, I had no confidence to answer the phone as I was quite nervous, with the teams help I was answering the phone within a few days. I can ask them anything and they are always there to assist me with what I need.10/10

Sahara Services do not know how to run a functioning business. The management team is extremely unorganised, no communication between staff members and the service they provide is an overall poor experience.

I was invited to facilitate a terrarium workshop for their clients during Harmony Week in March 2023. I found the staff very friendly and down to earth. They took good care of the clients and assisted them with the tasks. The overall atmosphere was very cheerful and warm. When I requested a few things from the staff, they were very responsive and helped me make the workshop a great success!
