Staff really helpful and friendly. Disappointed in the 21st sponge birthday cake we ordered. Paid $110.00 and the cake decoration was very ordinary, not what I expected. When we cut the cake, it totally fell apart and was impossible to slice up. Very embarrassing. It did taste good though.21/02/2022Not sure where to respond to your reply.The review wasn’t all bad. The review was not just about the cake decoration so I’m not sure how the problem we had when we cut the cake could have been ‘raised with you at pick up’

Ordered a cake for a 21st, got home to the box caved in on the cake and it then damaged. The layers were also uneven and the bottom layer coming out at the bottom. Rang them and asked about it to get told it was our problem, they don’t have time and to busy to take this phone call.

Very disappointedWent in last minute so understand may not have been possible needed a certain size chocolate cake guy said yes we have a spare one I said ok I'll just confirm with my partner ( due to the price ) I literally went out the front and rang my partner and walked back in within 5 min said yep I'll take the cake and he had literally sold it to someone else .Understandable if I had of fully left and been gone 10 or more minutes I was back in the shop by time he was selling it to someone elseUnfortunately I won't be going back there

Thankyou for the beautiful cake you made for my sister's wedding. It was very reasonably priced, tasted great and looked AMAZING. It got lots of compliments from the guests. Would highly recommend to others.

Needed an emergency birthday cake after a baking fail. Picked up a rainbow cake, was ready quickly, sliced beautifully with rainbow layers. Most importantly the cake was DELICIOUS. A lot of celebration cakes are not great to eat but this was really light and tasty. Cheaper than Generic Cake Shop too.

Today I watched a poor customer get abused for making a request for a cake, when she announced she was sorry her request was an inconvenience and that she would take her business elsewhere they abuse continued. The woman and who I assume is her husband will deny I’m sure. I tried to reach out on Facebook and got blocked, so they weren’t willing to try and resolve the issue amicably what so ever. This is appalling behaviour and I will never recommend them again.Absolutely disgusting
