Next in the continuing saga of the new steering rack install. My car had to be towed back to Klaas because all the ATF drained out of the steering system on the way home. They told me it was fixed.I went out to get something today (2 days after getting my car back) and noticed ATF on the ground under my car. I was next to a mechanic shop, so I asked them to have a look and tell me if they knew what the problem was. This was a non-intrusive visual inspection only, and the mech never touched the hoses. Have a look at the photo. The High pressure hose is cross threaded into the new steering rack. It is my guess that Klass knew this was the problem the day I picked it up the first time, and tried to dodgy it up by using white sealant and tightening it up. Well this fix has failed twice now.I called Martin, who offered to fix it, but when I pressed him that they would replace the rack if it was not able to be properly fixed (not like it was previously) he launched into a tirade of abuse at me, even accusing me of getting the mech that inspected it to undo the high pressure hose and put it back in cross threaded.This guy is dodgy as they come, abusive when things go wrong, and continually lies to try and get out of fixing their mistakes.The end result is I have zero confidence that Martin will fix this properly and replace the steering rack his shop broke. I had to buy a 2nd new steering rack, as the thread is too far gone to helicoil it. If I had more time I would take this guy to consumer affairs for the 2 dodgy jobs he did on my car.Stay clear of this place.

Neat and tidy workshop.Reasonable prices.Extremely poor communication to the customer.Poor after sales support.Misdiagnosed my vehicle issue and refused to even talk about the subject once this was clear.(Diagnosed problem as a Cracked Cylinder head only, turned out to be a cracked block).If it was diagnosed correctly, I would not have spent $1500 On parts and $1600 On labour to install new head.Disappointed in my experience with this workshop.

Terrible Terrible service.. has over charged and ripped off several customers. Don't go in there by yourself as a female. Or best yet at all.
