Sadly despite having ordered at the start of the month and receiving notifications that my products were on the way some 11 days later I’m still waiting for delivery. Got in touch but a full business day later no answer and I’ve missed overseas Post deadlines as a result. Not what I expected. I guess allow 14 working days for delivery. Not the customer outcome that was promised and still awaiting an outcome.Updated:After protracted negotiations with Sherin, part owner, who berated me for my review I finally got my delivery today Friday 13th. Her initial approach was that unless I removed my review here she wouldn’t supply goods despite having told me that her company’s choice of delivery agent had lost or misplaced my order. Despite not requesting any form of compensation other than appropriate delivery, I was dragged into a belittling and protracted email exchange where clearly the fact I was a paying customer was utterly forgotten. It was only under threat of referral to fair trading and pointing out their companies obligations under Australian consumer law that I got a fair outcome. I now have my goods some 2 weeks after purchase. As Sherin in detail pointed out they are a two person operation with very limited capacity and no control over their delivery agents and this should be borne in mind if you need items in the stated time frames on their website. While the products are good, if a company takes your money then declines to supply based on a fair and balanced review you genuinely need to think of a business that is happy to take you money but then asks you to remove a review before supply, is ethical or trustworthy. I’m Fully burned and out of pocket, and as cool as their stock is; frankly the shocking lack of customer service, the entitled demanding nature of the correspondence and that I had to threaten the business with fair trading to just get my paid for items delivered says a lot about the mentality of the owners. Caveat Emptor.
