DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCEI would never recommend A Plus Mobile phones as what their add says and what they send you are two different things and I sent them several emails before they responded and don’t answer their phone very poor customer service and if you ask for a refund they will try and charge you a heap administration fees and other fees and chargesThe only way I would describe A Plus Mobile Phone’s is DISGUSTING they should be ashamed of themselves treating customers like thisJUST STAY AWAY FROM A PLUS MOBILE PHONE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

A plus is the worst company I have dealt with they advertise one thing an send you out something else they changed the add after I asked for a refund they don't answer their phone it takes them for ever to get a response to emails and when you ask for a refund they want to charge you more fees and charges very disappointing
