Poor service, have processed scripts there 4 times now and it will never go back. Each time they ask if I want the generic brand, I decline and when I pick up the medication sure enough they didn't have the original brand and have given me the generic one even though I clearly said no.Do they not have a decent variety of medications? Do they just not listen and then try and pull a fast one by handing over the generic stuff?Who knows, will be using the other chemist in Wallan from now on.

They have sold me out of date product at full price. Took back got refund.Sold a product at full price that was a 'sample only'on a script,They are definitely dodgy. Go to other chemist in Wallan for honest professional service anadvice.

Great service and advice given, the staff there at Amcal are all lovely and appear well informed and the pharmacists seem to actually care!! Worth a try, especially as you can browse around the whole plaza while waiting for a prescription to be dispensed

I’ve read the reviews and agree that yes in general all the staff especially the chemists assistants are nice and helpful, thanks for the smiles....especially after I have to deal with.....But.... that one pharmacist.......not Ben or the young lady (who is great and as u expect it to be) but the grumpy older guy who is always rude and on some sort of power trip, I don’t know but I have spoken to others and they agree he is an aHole and they don’t go in when he is in, which I have stopped doing to now. Why you ask?? He has zero empathy and is judgemental of my personal medical needs and that is the last place I need to be made to feel the way his behaviour makes me feel. To question the doctors script and then call him to argue/discuss it while I had to wait around, all this after I have spent many sessions with my doctor and it is none of the pharmacist business that is why I see my GP and not a pharmacist not to mention the time he tried to tell me I had got meds with out a script and he wouldn’t give me more till I had a script to replace the past one which had in fact been sent during COVID. There is enough anxiety and depression in the community and a pharmacist should be supporting the patients of the doctors in the community not wishing he’d been a doctor and taking it out on the customers that he is not.His behaviour needs to change. He is not my doctor so stop behaving like you are...
