Could you please change your trading hours. I just arrived at 3pm and gates is locked, which obviously isn’t 9am-5pm as it’s states online. Plus when I called it just rings out - no message to say that you’re closed during this period.

Been twice to this particular store and both times I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome there. Second time I only went there to get 1 thing through click and collect as it's the closest store to me.The staff are very rude, they don't acknowledge you when arriving and the reason I'm there.From now on I won't be going to that store, I'd prefer to travel further to get decent staff who actually welcome customers and are friendly.I dont recommend that store in particular!

I bought 2 colours for my wife on 3th of February. But instead of no 5 I bought 5.12 and I didn’t keep receipt although I paid by card. It was very far from my home. So I went there 21st February to just change that number. But lady on counter refused to exchange as I don’t have receipt but when i showed her transaction details then she said we have on7 days return policy. But I requested her so many times that I just wanted to change number of the colour . But she refused to acknowledge this. So rude and pathetic service.

Thank you so much to the lovely gentleman who arranged the order on a Sat for me to pickup. After placing my order online the night before. My mother-in-law was so happy to have her hair done. It's so nice to be welcomed at a business and not an inconvenience like so many others do.The wash basin is perfect .Will definitely be returning
