I think they use old oil. The chicken wing are really dark. I complained about it but the manager ignored. Very rude!!!

Lower than standard level.wings are not spicy at all， with only a little bit salty flavor inside.chicken is freshly made， but the flavor is really bad， which wastes my money....Environment is not bad， chairs nearby are available.80% I won't come back.

18 chicken wings cost $14.95, even I've ordered online 30 mins in advance, still had to wait for 10 mins at counter.

Please rename it chicken finger instead of tender! -slim and tiny! Worst experience never ever had with KFC. Very dry and hard to chew with the “chicken fingers“ , soft chips. Do not recommend to this KFC shop anymore

Zero starts. After almost 20 min of putting my order through the app, I was called and told the they didn’t have chicken and will take an extra 10 min to get my order ready, which btw was only 4 pieces!They gave me the choice of swapping my order or get a refund, chose refund. The cherry on top was that the crew member was having issues to do the refund, calls his manager, don’t know the manager’s name but he was a black dude. This manager never made eye contact nor apologised or said a single word to me. Disgrace. With that kind of leadership, no wonder why they can’t get things done.

My food was ok but could have been better. Like Ashfield Mall, this KFC has seen better days. The food court it's located in really needs a huge renovation. And better food offers.

Worst service ever ,as I lived in ashfield,I often come to KFC for a meal ,it’s always disappointing as I received cold meal ,complain but they don’t get it .u have to reiterate or trained your team.not sure if my feedback matters for you guys .

Look... you don't eat KFC to get a gourmet meal. But at least this KFC store has never given me added chicken feathers with the chicken purchased. That's a bonus. Never been disappointed with the popcorn chicken snack pack we more often than not get from here to keep the kids quiet while we shop. Always a queue to order from here - sometimes it's annoying as they block the path to get into Aldi.
