Dreadful.. Made me wait almost two weeks to get a quote for the insurance, then told the insurance I wasn’t happy with waiting 3 months to get my Ute painted which I never said anything about. Was also booked in there to get warranty work done from Toyota in a few weeks and they cancelled that appointment too. I was waiting on the manager to call and talk through the repairs then they canceled the whole lot.Shocked to say the least. Definitely not customer friendly

Make sure they do what you are charged for. Only for the fact they stuffed up my roof and it is going back in for a re do , did i find out they charged me to take my tray off which they did not . Without it needing to be re done they would have got $200 for nothing and I would not have known .

Superior Auto Smash Repairs
I had electronic failure with the doors on my 91 Celica convertible. I tried to fix it myself. Bad mistake. The guys at Superior got into it and fixed it in a couple of hours even re-establishing the central locking. Very reasonable cost and very friendly staff workshop and office. Took my car there for insurance work. Got it back 5 months later with 4k extra k.s, work wasn't completed, bolts not tight, radiator still smashed in, leaking water, 0kms to empty on furl gauge. Was given to them with half tank. I am disgusted with the quality of work they have done. Steering is horrible, and doesn't feel like they they the wheel alignment like they said they had too, tokeep it extra time.

Thank you to the whole staff for their wonderful workmanship, friendliness and professionalism. I gave them a very short timeframe to repair and paint our car as we had to leave the state on a certain day. Not only did they do a great job with the repair but they worked all weekend and still beat the deadline by two days! Thank you so much team.
