OZ Roller Shutters

Quite simply Oz Roller Shutters are the best in the business. I’ve used others in the past, but they just don’t compare.I’ve just set up a new shop and needed security shutters. It was a tricky install but Nav and Sam were so professional, careful and friendly from initial quoting to install and cleanup.They took their time to trouble shoot and come up with the best solutions and the end result looks great and more importantly have secured the shop.I highly recommend these guys. We used Oz Roller Shutters in December 2020 to install 14 shutters. It was one of the best decisions we made with regard to our home. Having our first level balcony facing the west where the suns sets we suffered for a couple of years from rain and heat hitting our glass windows and glass sliding doors. Even though we had refrigerated cooling it was still very warm in the house because of the heat from the sun. When it would rain it would be terrible. Everything on the balcony would be soaked and the floor would be wet and slippery. None of the above happens now. Our house stays cool in summer and warmer in winter without using the central heating as much.With electricity and gas going through the roof its been a great investment in hindsightWe also had them installed on the ground level which makes us feel very safe. Pretty difficult for an intruder to come in when these heavy duty roller shutters are down. We cannot praise Sam Navi and their crew enough. They are so polite and willing to go that bit extra to make you happy. The reason I am writing this review so long after install is because we had another shutter installed recently and completely forgot to write a review after the initial install. We believe they look great but that's our opinion. They also have this great tool on their website where you are able to calculate how much it will cost you. I called other companies but found Oz Roller Shutters were much more competitive and consultative. Highly recommended.We chose black surroundings because our window frames are black but you can choose whatever you like.You won't be disappointed.

Had a security door fitted and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. Could open the lock with my fingers as the gap was so big. Had to get someone in to fix the repairs. NOT HAPPY.

Today we got 7 roller shutters put in by Sam and his team.I got numerous quotes for these, as it was a big job and Sam's quote beat the rest. He came out and measured the same day I called him and was easy to contact and happy to answer any questions I had.After I paid my deposit within days they were ordered and installed, the colour and quality is spot on and the professionalism of the whole team was fantastic as they were punctual and tidy workers. Top notch job guys, wouldn't recommend anyone else. 10/10 for customer service and for the finished product. Very happy customer indeed. :)

I was very impressed with Oz Roller Shutters. Nav arrived for the quote on time and then the installation was also right on time. The installation was done carefully with consideration given to the best appearance of the shutters. They obviously have pride in their work including cleaning up at the end. Definitely a strong recommendation.

I have dealt with OZ Roller Shutters since 2018 and after having roller shutters installed yesterday on our two front windows, all our windows are now protected from heat, cold and reduced noise. They have a price calculator on their website which I found very useful. The installer has always arrived on time and worked professionally. I recommend OZ Rollers if considering installing roller shutters.
