Avoid. I bought 2 Flashforge Guider 2s printers + $1000 Bilby silver PLA filament + training + nozzle upgrades + accessories. Problems started immediately with constant print failures - identical problem on both printers. Tried to phone Bilby Tech Support - 6 weeks of trying and never once got thru. Support ticket replies could take weeks and replies didn’t address the problem. Finally I discovered that the filament Bilby supplied had small lumps causing the filament to jam in the print heads. By this time both printers were wrecked and I had lost 6 weeks work. Sent back under warranty, Bilbys service reports list replacing burnt out hot ends and drivers caused by ‘bad filament’ – nothing to do with the printers, Bilbys own defective filament had caused the problem!Apart from useless ‘disassemble the head’ or ‘nozzle jam’ suggestions, Bilby wasn’t interested in investigating or helping, basically I felt their attitude was that I was a pest. After getting both printers back one still wouldn’t print. When I rang Bilby about it not working I was angry and frustrated, rather than a concerned offer to help they were defensive, dismissive and finally aggressive - then refused to talk to me.Gave up and shipped the printer to 3D superstore in Melbourne for repair - back in a week and working now using generic Flashforge filament – a few weeks later the second printer failed, also sent to Melbourne for repair. Though it's cost around $1000 to do this at least I got the job running and both printers operating and returned to factory specs. This is a company for amateurs and hobbyists, no tech support, friendly till there's a problem. No way to contact them unless your prepared to wait weeks to get useless suggestions, then weeks to follow up for more of the same. At one point they replied to me via a snippy email that they had condensed 28 service tickets from me, that's 28 tickets not responded to.If Bilby had returned my calls, taken me seriously and actually investigated this problem, they would have spared me months of stress and frustration. They were unhelpful, unconcerned and aggressively dismissive - what little help I did get was useless. It was an appalling experience - good riddance.

I bought a Flashforge Dreamer from Bilby's just before Christmas. I found their knowledge, help and after sales service to be excellent. I went back only last week and bought a 3D scanner. Once again I received excellent service in the store and super after sales service. Prices are reasonable and online store is well stocked. Usually receiving items within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend Bilby's 3D and will use this company for all my 3D printing and scanning requirements. A great thumbs up from me. Roy kelly Sydney

Sydney office most unprofessional I have encountered.I had to use them because they were the only option in Sydney. I asked the store in Sydney to print me a test print on the Raise with dissolvable support filament as we are in the market for a duel head printer. They charged $100 and sent it with PLA support stating later when I questioned the goods supplied that they dont (in Sydney) do dissolvable filament because of the humidity" in their little warehouse. When I placed and paid for the order they could have told me this in the first place because the dissolvable filament option was all we were wanting

I am a MAKER and have been buying parts, PETG filament and PLA filament for my Flashforge Guider 2S from Bilby 3D for about 9 months now. I'm not a huge customer I've probably had 3-4 orders each in the $75 - $120 range. Recently I had a question about a part that I ordered, I had a fast response from the Helen in-store and and when she wasn't sure of part of my question she had TECH support respond. Not only was my question answered they offered to send a replacement at no cost. My issue was small, about a part less than $10 and fixable by me but this kind of customer service is refreshing. I now have a second printer and thankfully they will have parts that I may need. I'm finding the 3D printing communities very friendly, helpful and willing to share. Keep up the great work Bilby 3D!

If you are reading the reviews before you purchase something from these people. RUN THE OTHER WAY NOW.I wish I had of, they came highly recommended to me so I decided to buy a 3D printer from them as they had the best price, big mistake. The printer arrived broken, and to start with they were quite helpful and took it away and fixed it, they didn't package correctly so it got damaged in transit when it arrived again. I told them i no longer wanted this exact printer and wanted a new one as this would need repaid again, bear in mind I haven't been able to print one thing yet and were coming up to 2 months since i paid for a brand new printer. They say no problem and arrange to get it lifted, then to my shook i couldn't believe what they had sent me, I opened the box, it was a reconditioned printer, there was about and inch of dust on this thing, it was not correctly packaged internally and the drip boxes were sitting loose moving during transit. I phoned Bilby and tried to speak to management the staff would not put me through and just relayed messages from Chris & Lee Biliby, I told them this was unacceptable and refused to even turn it on as I paid for a new printer not a reconditioned one, I would never paid that sum of money for a reconditioned 3d printer. After a lot of trying to speak to these people and frustration I get and email from Chris with a letter saying that i should at least turn it on and he thinks once I start using it I will be happy enough, purely ignoring my concerns of its not what I paid for and it is of lesser value than a new printer that i had paid for.I tried to phone Chris again and again, they would not take me calls, i even got my partner to phone at the same time so the other phone would ring, Lee picked up and said we don't want to talk to you and we don't wanted to get shouted at... (grow up)So at that point they would no longer work with me, and were more than happy and believed it was acceptable to deliver someone a reconditioned product when they paid for a new one.Lee and Chris shame on you both.Long story short i ended up sending an email to the manufacturer in the US explaining how there brand was being represented by this company, and how I was being treated, the next day I got and email form Bilby's supplier they couldn't do enough to fix my problem, they agreed the printer I was sent was not up to standard and sent me a brand new one.In the end up I got what I paid for a brand new printer 3 months after I paid for it.So my advice from my experience, if it costs a little more somewhere else its worth it not to have to deal with Bilby 3D.As a small business owner that had bought the printer to provide a service the time I have lost dealing with this and the headache it caused looking back now I would easily have paid $100 - $200 extra just not to have gone through what I did.

Having purchased my raised 3D E2 printer circa 8 Month ago nothing but praise for the business and their attitude to helping the customer this was expressed from the consultants all the way to the owners and is clearly a culture they have fostered.Their communication is excellent and after sales service cannot be faultedGiven how complex these machines are there was a rare minor issue covered under warranty which if purchasing from a grey importer i hazard a guess you would be hard pressed to obtain an outcome. When selecting who i purchase from price is NOT the only consideration as they are an authorised dealer their support is excellentWill also continue to purchase all filament and parts from themSimply put just click the add to cart option your in good hands :)

Good product range, good service.Just make sure you push the door handle all the way down before you give the front door a good tug; I actually thought it was locked until she opened it from inside.BTW, there is parking up on L2, but the underground visitor parking is right near the closest fire stairs to the store as well. I just bought the Bilby 3D Inventor II SE printer model. It worked straight out of the box and and it's been terrific fun. I would call it a good beginner printer. The service from Bilby 3D has been excellent. 3D printing is not easy. From CAD, to Printing, to sanding to production is a lot of work. Youtube can help but is overwhelming. I appreciated the staffs time taken to describe the types of plastics available for purchase.

appalling customer service.Ticket #203949My issue is with management not following up and suppling my business with the correct replacement parts.Bilby 3D admitted the error was on their side. This is unresolved since November 2017.I have called 3 times to resolve this situation with no response from the 2 managers/owners. Very interesting the blame should be directed at staff!
