This place is a horrendous. The staff are useless. Went to return an online purchase as it was too big, and first of all could only give a credit note for a few of the items which can ONLY be used in store. On top of that, their eftpos machine wasnt working and so I didnt even get my refund on my other item. She just said, 'just come back another day' in a condescending tone. I made the trip just for this.On top of that, for some reason need you to email them the invoice, not just an order number. When the girl asked me to do this, I was confused as to why and she barked do it right now". What a waste of time. Just go elsewhere."

Bought a hair clip from this store in fountain gate, however was faulty, brought back to store where we were served by a rude young girl who just couldn’t be bothered. Actually turned her head away when we were talking to her. Refused to give a refund saying it’s not in its packaging. The item is faulty, we havnt changed our minds. As far as I’m aware we are entitled to a refund but that’s ok I’ll take it to the fair trading standards out of principle.Management need to train their staff how to to handle complaints.Don’t shop here, I will never walk into this store again

Terrible quality clothes coupled with terrible customer service. Went in store to pick up my click and collect and I had to return one of the items. The cashier said yes that is fine but then because I paid with a paypal that is linked to my amex card they cant process my refund. And can only offer me a credit note unless I contact THEIR Head office and ask for their approval and come back in 24 hours to get a refund. This is not my problem you should be calling them and doing it then and there not getting your customer to do that. Waste of my time.
