This particular McDonald's is OK, the service is pretty standard when comparing it to a lot of stores, dining in is the safer option as using the drive through can lead to you leaving with your order done incorrectly, one let down for this store is the fact that it isn't 24 hours, so if your hungry late at night, you can forget the late night Maccas Run!This also means if you are starting work early, you won't be able to get a hot Coffee either..

My experience at McDonald's was just okay. The staff seemed to be in a rush and not particularly friendly, and the restaurant was a bit dirty.I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and fries, but the burger was overcooked and dry. The fries were also a bit soggy and not very flavorful.Overall, I was disappointed with my visit to McDonald's. While the food is usually reliable, this time it did not meet my expectations. I'll likely stick to other fast food options in the future.

I get that you can’t expect much from McDonald’s. The food is awful and it’s usually prepared by 16 year olds. At the very least, you should be able to expect a safe and clean dining experience. McDonald’s Oak Park feels more like a rubbish tip then a family restaurant. The playground is particularly filthy. There are also a lot of disaffected youths loitering around. A hiring a security guard might give the place a safer feel.

From walking in at 10am saw 20+ hash browns in warmer my food served at 10:15am and got given warm/cold soggy hash browns asked for fresh ones who knows how long they were setting there.The manager said I was in the wrong for not asking for fresh when ordering when kiosk and app doesnt offer that option. Also the person on fryers was touching hash browns and chips with no gloves when everyone else seemed to be wearing gloves. I know its fast food but sitting in the warmer that long doesnt taste that good could've easily been 30min with how soggy they were. Back years ago when I worked at maccas the maximum was 5 min or so.

Food was fine, service was fine. Chocolate Thick shakes were terrible and have been for a long time, they are basically vanilla shakes with a hint of chocolate. Another MACCA'S you go to and get a chocolate shake it's CHOCOLATE.

Always quick with their service but somedays the drive-thru can be busy so going in can be a lot faster with service.Great indoor playground for kids and overall very clean.Staff are always making sure tables are wipe down each time.Cant fault this McDonald's eatery

This McDonald’s is the best in the area. The hamburgers are always fresh and hot and never sloppy. The fries are also always hot and fresh. Other MacDonalds franchises could learn from this franchise.

You must pick up if you order from this restaurant (so you can check your order before it leaves the store, the staff sure as hell don't), avoid Mcdelivery at all costs as items are always incorrect. Sauces are missing, bags are overloaded so things spill, they prepare well in advance so items are always cold or melted by the time it actually arrives. I added on a salad which was supposed to be a crispy chicken Caesar salad. Instead I got lettuce, tomato and cucumber. No chicken, no croutons, no dressing.Actually I amend my statement, avoid regardless of pick up or delivery

It's McDonald's - the same kitsch as every other McDonald's, and no, I do not want ice in my Coke and I don't want to upsize my order either! To elaborate further on my experience here, at least this McDonald's seems to be a lot cleaner than my earlier McDonald's experiences. Upon approaching the entrance I was a bit fearful of entering the store on seeing an overflowing rubbish receptacle crammed full of glorious McRubbish. After overcoming the initial shock of this overwhelming sight, I was pleasantly surprised to see the interior of the restaurant which was in a clean, tidy, presentable and one could almost say, a liveable state. After a closer inspection there were the usual obvious signs of neglect and lack of real cleaning and pride in this store, those signs being food scraps scattered around the floor as well as a drink tray that had been left unattended, dumped at the front of the service counter. Although the mural on the wall wishes to convey a 10/10 message to the general public, I wouldn't be so quick to go that far. I'd be lucky to be generous enough to rate this store at around about 5/10 at best, although it is in a much more sanitary state than the other McDonald's stores I have visited in recent days. Behind the service counter looked clean and maintained, the coffee machine area was clean and tidy. Overall my impressions with this McDonald's are good. A bit more attention to detail would bring the standard and presentation of this store to a higher level, which would bring it into the satisfactory range, although there is a bit of work to be done here yet to bring it up to an acceptable level of decency.
