Lucinda is the best massage therapist that I have had in years. She not only offers a wide range of services, but she makes you feel welcome and safe. She was extremely accommodating as I have a few serious allergies and she took them seriously unlike other people I have dealt with in the past. She is also great at communicating what she's about to do, especially if you have very tight or painful areas, so you're not shocked and tense up. I would graciously recommend her to anyone who has anxiety around seeking a massage or someone who just needs a great message

Lu is a lovely meditation teacher who is well trained and qualified. She creates an accessible and welcoming space without judgement or jargon. Her calming energy and warmth radiates through her sessions.I came out feeling refreshed, peaceful, with more clarity and a different perspective towards my day. I would highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for something simple and genuine.

Lucinda is a highly experienced and very agreeable therapist with a great knowledge of muscles and body mechanics. I have been seeing her on a regular basis for about 5 years and she has really helped me with my hips and shoulders which are my problem areas. She has a very neat setup with the room and it is super comfortable and relaxing and I always feel very much much better for having a remedial treatment with her

I have been a client of Origins Massage and Wellness Therapy for at least 12 year.Lucinda has the best understanding of muscle groups and how to work on them, at whatever intensity that is needed.She is amazing, if it wasn't for her care and treatment I wouldn't be able to keep functioning.I have also attending the meditation classes, they are welcoming, relaxing and you come away in a better space.Lucinda is The best ever massage person I have ever been toI wouldn't hesitate in offering my highest of recommendations, she is the best there is.

I have been attending meditation classes with Lucinda for over a year now and It has been an overwhelmingly positive impact on my mental health. When I first started attending meditation, I was very sceptical that I would benefit at all. However, Lucinda is a very knowledgeable and patient instructor who has tried a wide range of techniques to find what works best for me. I highly recommend her for any and all your meditation needs

Lu is amazing! I've had ongoing pain and niggles and Lucinda has been so very helpful. She is so very experienced and knowledgeable and takes the time to talk and understand where the issues are and work with you to solve them. She is a very skilled therapist and always locates the physical source of my issues. I float out of my visits and feel so much better. She has great appointment times too, very flexible for me as I work full time and can see her in the evening after work. I would highly recommend a visit to Lucinda, and will continue visiting her regularly myself.

Lucinda is my long term massage therapist for good reason. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body, and how everything is connected. I have intense shoulder/back pain, her technique brings me relief every time. Each session is customised to exactly what I need and Lu works carefully with you, every step of the way.
