Darren originally visited us to treat a huge ant infestation in early 2017. Darren is very professional, he took the time to listen to where we were having issues, he inspected thoroughly and then explained what products he would be using, where and why. A few weeks later we had Darren back for a fly infestation, and that brought to light that we had a massive rodent problem. From then on, Darren was back almost daily! He would come on public holidays, weekends even on a Sunday! He was determined to help us overcome the problems and did not want us to be suffering with the stench of a dead rat carcass any longer than needed. He was a true professional and thanks to him, we now have no ants, flies or rats. We cannot thank Darren enough for all of his work, he genuinely cares about his customers and sees a treatment through until its end! (Forgot to mention we have also had a cockroach issue - also treated by Darren) Thanks Darren :)
