Staff too busy talking amongst themselves to greet you. Not even the girl at the front whose job I’m assuming is to greet everyone who comes in while pretending to be busy. Did spot her watching me too so it’s not like she didn’t see me. Spent a good half hour in the shop purchased more than I should’ve and the cashier acted like she’d rather be somewhere else. No up sell or eye contact and zero customer service.

I'm a kiwi..visiting..and have been to the store in gateways...four..five times...the staff..are pretty switched..on...safely go in home to wgtn in a few days...they'd sell ice cream to the Eskimos...

I have come from Qld where I lost faith in the “hospitality“ system.I started to believe you don’t expect to be looked after the way you would have been back in the day. That no one cares anymore about customer service.But recently I visited this store with a problem (refund) and both Elli and Megan went above and beyond!!I couldn’t believe how professional and helpful they were with no strings attached!Thank you girls for making me have faith again and for making me feel like I am a valuable person.Well done to your store and it’s teaching and your awesome service!

I purchased a rain coat for my son, I used 10 dollors voucher that I earned from my former purchases also paid the remainder by my debit card. My son didn't like the coat so I returned it to the shop but was told they can only refund the REAL money I paid by my card, the voucher will not be returned to my account. This doesn't make sense at all. Ridiculous policy.

Online saleI wanted to purchases some pants in the 30% online sale from cotton on but they only went up to size 12. In store the sizes go up to size 18. It is not that is was out of stock online, it simply just does not go up to lathers size. I am very disappointed that because I require a large size I do not have access to the sale. I am disadvantaged because I am a larger size, I feel myself and others that require a larger side are being treated unfairly.

I'm form Bangladesh and was in Perth for two weeks in May-June 2022 for a training. During window shopping, I had a chance to visit Cotton on several tines. I loved their products so much. Low price but good quality. Also there were some attractive deals/offers. Bought couple of things for my self and the kids. Although they were made in my country (Bangladesh), I was tempted to buy because of their quality.

I don't like to give 1 star reviews, but when the service is this bad...Called to see if they had a shirt my daughter wanted. They said they did and that they would put it aside. When we drove to the store, 40 mins away for us, they informed me that they didn't actually have the shirt and that they were sorry. That doesn't feed the bulldog, I'm afraid. When you know the computer doesn't always show true stock, don't you think you would check before telling someone you have it and making them drive to your specific store to get it?Don't be lazy, do your actual job and find the item.

They had a 2 for 1 sale, it was only for tops but the pictures & the sign made it seem like it was for the skirts to. The 'tops only' part was in the smallest font. I decided to purchase the skirts anyway to save embarrassment. Well played cotton on
