The Wombling Yogi - Sivananda Yoga

Nearly two years ago a had a yoga class with Rihan and that lesson changed my life!! All the pain I used to feel for years because of the period that even pain killers couldn’t help with it, one class with Rihan was enough to stop the pain! Recently I have been having sore muscles and same magic works again! One lesson with Rihan made me feel way too better!as a yoga instructor, Rihan makes you feel connected with her where you get to relax and communicate with your body and listen to it! I tried yoga before with other trainers in different countries and never felt any difference afterwards until I started having classes with Rihan. I love her classes, attitude, experience, warmth, the way she connects. She’s my favourite and would never change her. HIGHLY recommend with her husband and a great place to start falling in love with yoga. Well done guys and all the best❤️❤️❤️

i started yoga with Arran twelve months ago and have benefited immensely from his wonderful teaching, his approach to yoga and meditation and his enthusiasm for life. I cannot recommend his classes highly enough for those who are beginning on their yoga journey or for those well on the way.

Great adjustments, flow and modifications to suit each individual. Really lovely vibe to the class, made me feel so welcome and included as a newbie. If you want 1-1 personal yoga yet pay class prices you should definitely pop to the wombling yogi.
